As a complement to our real estate closing practice as well as our litigation practice, Neel & Robinson handles title insurance litigation for several national title insurance companies.  Attorney Tom A. Bingham leads the Title Litigation department of Neel & Robinson.  Tom has extensive experience in title insurance litigation.  Our title litigation experience includes both claims defense work as well as asserting affirmative claims.  These types of claims involve the full spectrum of title insurance issues such as failure of title claims, equitable subrogation disputes, breaks the chain of title, missing heirs, failure to close home equity lines of credit, bad faith claims, probate court matters and unrecorded deeds.
