Neel & Robinson handles real estate foreclosures throughout the state of Georgia.  Most of our foreclosures are commercial in nature and involve acreage tracts or multiple lots.  Incident to these foreclosures, we resolve all necessary title issues prior to foreclosures.  Since the firm has four title insurance agencies, we also handle the subsequent sale of any foreclosed or REO property. 

Our commercial loan workouts typically involve matters such as forbearance agreements, repayment agreements, assignments, foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and consent judgments.
