The Commercial Litigation practice of Neel & Robinson is led by partner Shawn D. Stafford.  Shawn has twenty-five years experience in commercial litigation and has tried cases involving almost every aspect of real estate and lending.  The Commercial Litigation practice handles a variety of commercial litigation cases in state and federal courts in Georgia.  The primary focus of our Commercial Litigation practice is lender related litigation, although our attorneys also routinely handle almost any business related dispute.

Our lender clients include in state and out of state banks, the FDIC, and asset managers.  Our typical cases involve anything related to real estate or defaulted loans.  Those cases include foreclosure confirmation actions, lawsuits enforcing promissory notes and personal guaranties, and defense of all lender liability claims.  We also handle all other legal matters that are by-products of these lender cases, such as dispossessory actions, evictions, garnishments and creditor representation in bankruptcy courts.
