Our 11 closing attorneys have in excess of 125 years of legal experience closing real estate transactions and a number of the attorneys have a broad range of other legal experience which compliments our closing practice.

To insure the highest level of service we hire and retain the best people to handle each closing process, foster an atmosphere of Teamwork among all staff and make an effort to be fully staffed for the volume of business the firm handles. The desired end result of quality service to our clients is a smooth and efficient closing.
To achieve this result, we operate under the following guidelines:
- All titles and surveys are ordered immediately upon request;
- All matters are reviewed by an attorney before closing;
- All information is reviewed upon receipt;
- Settlement Statements are prepared the day closing instructions are received; and
- If we have a package before the day of closing, the file is completed and all parties are fax or e-mailed a settlement statement for review.
