What We Promise

  • All Closings will be conducted by an experienced and knowledgeable attorney.
  • A file will be opened and title/survey ordered immediately upon receiving a title order.
  • Provided we get closing instructions before 5:00 p.m (faxed or package), we will prepare a preliminary HUD-1 that day and fax it to the loan officer for review.
  • After lender approval, HUD-1 will be faxed to agents, buyer and seller. All HUDs will be faxed before closing if at all possible.
  • We will start our closings on time.
  • We will return all phone calls as soon as possible.
  • We will return to the Lender's closing department packages within the time allotted by the lender.
  • We will handle all post closing calls in a timely manner.
  • We will treat everyone who comes to our office with the dignity that they deserve.
